What about 2 extra laptop monitors?

There is a laptop on windows 10. There are two monitors. One is connected via vga, the second via hdmi. If you connect two at once, then the monitor via vga does not work, it just turns off. Is it possible to fix this somehow?

PS: windows seems to see all monitors:

PSS: And if you buy a vga to usb adapter, will two monitors work? One via hdmi second via vga to usb?

Most likely it supports 1 additional monitor
There are no vga>>usb adapters
