What 3D programs are best used for modeling electronic devices?

Hello. In what program is it better and easier to make such models with subsequent animation?
If possible, then officially free AND OR online service AND OR for kde neon.

O! I got my favorite topic :) I'll join the first commentator, but I'll add specifics for your task on my own.
1. Modeling such objects is a simple matter. Take Blender , simple primitives, scale as needed and compose. Animation is used the simplest - object. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube.
2. For high-quality creation of materials, and I see here you use chrome-plated materials with cubemaps, etc. - it is better to use blanks. Download the Blend4Web distribution, it has a free materials library ( live example of materials ). Choose the one you need and attach to the object.
3. Export to html and show to the customer.
4. Render animations, screenshots in Blender or create a web player with Blend4Web - it's up to you.
PS If I understood correctly about the purpose of these models.

The best one is the one you already know how to work with.
If you choose a new one, but Blender, of course, because it's free and powerful. Plus, it comes with a bunch of Blend4web-type gimmicks for creating interactive presentations or web pages in WebGL.
