What 3D framework should I use on the site for my purposes?

Not familiar with any 3D framework. You need to make a 3D modeling system on the site. Namely, the system should be able to put walls, floors, and then lay tiles on them. We select a tile from the list and the selected tile falls on the selected polygon, be it a floor or a wall.
