Western sites and services are stupid?

Services Instagram, soundcloud, beatstars, google earth are generally prohibited in Russia: Something is wrong, it loads every other time or does not load at all, maybe someone has a similar situation? Or maybe other sites are also not ale? So it's sad if all this fails, maybe it won't work with vpn, I haven't tried it. Something is not clean here.
