The best option to hide the use of torrent trackers from the provider?

I'm moving to Germany and there they can issue a fine for piracy. Sometimes for study/hobby you have to download some courses, materials. Advise the best option to bypass surveillance of my activity. I thought that the most adequate thing is to rent a remote computer and upload it to it, and then archives on Google disk and then download them to my laptop.

If there are proven services, recommend. I will need this a couple of times a month no more, sometimes less.

enable encryption (more precisely, hiding) of torrent connections in the torrent client itself.
wiki.vuze.com/w/Message_Stream_Encryption
for transmission you just need to add

"encryption": 2,
in transmission/settings.json
0 = Preference for unencrypted connections
1 = Preference for encrypted connections
2 = Encrypted connections only
by default = 1 The
fairly simple RC4 encryption protocol is selected, but it's enough for a simple DPI bypass.

Use a VPN, be sure to use the "Kill-Switch" function so that the connection does not go directly when the connection is disconnected. The feature is available in our app for Windows and macOS . There are just over a dozen fast servers in Russia through which torrents are allowed.
