Are there any “traces” left when using a laptop via VPN (or Tor) of the Internet distributed from a phone?
From a laptop (windows 10) I go out via Tor from time to time to the Internet. And I'm interested in:
1) how anonymous is my connection if I connect to the Internet distributed by my phone?
(The phone is naturally Andoid and as expected, with all the applications (and trackers) of the corporation of goodness.)
2) how anonymous can be the use of Tor-a from Google Play. With standard programs and firmware?
PS: So far I have the Google keyboard enabled... and now I'm wondering if there is any point in using Tor when I use it?...

Until the offender model is set, the question is meaningless. If it's a wife/neighbor, that's enough, as a rule. If the employer - depending on where you work. If the state - depends on what and when you do. Right now, for example, May 9 is coming soon. Try to upload some "wrong" pictures to the site of the Immortal Regiment now - and you will quickly find out that neither Tor nor VPN will prevent you from finding you ...

I don’t know if a VPN or TOR can completely hide the traces of users on the network. But I used adspower anti-detect browser and I think it's similar to VPN and TOR. AdsPower can hide the real browser fingerprint, including time zones, locations, and IP address, minimizing my online footprint while protecting my online privacy.
