Weird volume SSD MacBook Air 2015?

Please tell me, I'm going to buy a MacBook Air 2015.
This model is with 8GB of RAM and 128 SSD.
Further oddities, as soon as I didn’t look, but the disk shows its capacity at 60gb, not 128.
And yet, on the box where the memory is listed in the format 1.6HZ / 8GB / 128 - ZEE
What does ZEE mean? I have never seen such a thing.
Please help, I don't want to be scammed.
Just checked through the software, it shows 121 GB. What does it mean?

It is possible that there is unallocated space on the disk.
It begs to boot into Acronis to see exactly all the available volume layouts, but for Macs I'm not sure if it will work.

You buy quite certain equipment for certain money.
What is the deception here?
It either suits you or it doesn't.
You either have alternatives or you don't.
Enough money for these alternatives or not.
You can also check the capacity in other ways - using the file system, for example.

Have a look at Disk Utility. Possibly unallocated space. Maybe the previous owner had something confidential there, or the system was standing, and he slammed it in preparation for the sale
