Weird -equests and -quests. How to remove them?

Haven't turned on my macbook for a long time. And so I installed Python, added the library I needed right away: Requests. But at the same time, packages that are incomprehensible to me, which cannot be removed, came from somewhere.

Has anyone encountered this?
