Weird bug in IE9

An incomprehensible cant in IE9 (or maybe lower, I haven’t looked). On the page advanpos.fivarti.com/sellers/ in the basement is a healthy white block. In other browsers everything is normal as usual.
It may disappear after refreshing the page.

Some kind of dregs in one word. Tell me where to dig, otherwise I have no ideas ...

Weird. Opened in IE8. Your white block disappears after about 30 seconds. Maybe the problem is in JS?

blindly white block is equal in height to the height of div.auth-form-wrap
try to set float:left in inactive mode, and float:none in active mode (not tested)
