WebView application on android opening the desired section of the site will be moderated?

Will the playmarket moderation pass the application in which WebView stupidly opens the site?

They used to be allowed, now they may not.
Three months ago, I pushed something like this into Google Play,
but I put at least some offline content in the assets =)
Now you can put an icon on the desktop from the site and
do newfangled Android Instant Apps
