WebStorm vs PhpStorm by JetBrains: What's the difference?
I decided to switch from Notepad++ editor to another one. I stumbled upon WebStorm, but immediately saw PhpStorm.
What exactly is the difference between these two products? Which one is better for web development? It looks the same, although PhpStrom seems to be "sharpened" specifically for PHP.
The IDE will be used to work with PHP, JS, CSS, HTML, Node and more.
Thank you.

Choose PhpStorm, it has almost everything the same as in WebStorm + actually support for php, frameworks and some cms written on it.
PhpStorm = WebStorm + PHP + Database support

WebStorm is built into PhpStorm. If you will use php, then the second option is unambiguous.
Just take and transfer all the contents, including the .git folder and all hidden files and folders.
Or delete the wrong folder and clone it again to the right one, if you don’t want to bother and there are no unsaved changes on the server.
