WebSocket is already in CLOSING or CLOSED state?

If you switch to another tab, after 10-15 minutes return to the project tab, then errors are displayed in the console. "WebSocket is already in CLOSING or CLOSED state."
What could be the reason?

Because the script on the page is trying to re-close an already closed websocket.
