The site works fine on modern browsers, but on older versions, explorer or the built-in webview on android that never updates in its life, sometimes displays the site crookedly and does not perform some functions stably.

Is there a plugin or script that will notify the user that he is using an old version and needs to upgrade or install a third-party new browser?
