Website suddenly stopped opening
A day ago, the site stopped opening, despite the fact that it opens perfectly through the anonymizer. Everything is in order with DNS, it pings well, traceroute fully reaches, but it's worth trying to open the page through a browser, or connect via SSH - connection timed out. The router settings have not changed for a long time, the situation is reproduced for both wired and wireless clients (log into the router using SHH to check access to the problem site from it, I can’t yet, I don’t want to change the firmware). What could it be? Well, the provider will not block the site for no reason? Thank you.

As an option, the hoster could block your IP for something (or a subnet). Maybe it got under the batch, maybe if you don’t have a dedicated one, there was some kind of Merss activity from it, maybe something else. At what it is not necessarily the final hoster, for example, a DC.
According to your question, it seems that you are connecting through a router only? Try plugging the cable directly into the computer. If you have virtual hosting and other sites on the same IP with you, try to get to them.
Most likely a glitch with the provider that holds the site, or there are problems on the route on the way to you.
Let's guess, you are using Windows 7, and if you restart your computer, access to the site is restored, or, after a while, without restarting your computer?

The question, of course, is stupid, but I didn’t see the answer in what has already been said:
Does it enter the site by IP?
If it's not a secret, what is the DNS server address in your settings?
Didn't find what you were looking for?
