Why does the browser either update the cache or not? Getting in. I change styles, I load, styles are not updated immediately, I go in a day - everything works. Previously, this happened very rarely, but now it has been going on for a week.

Maybe because the policy on the server has changed to allow the result to be cached.
Judging by the fact that the next day the cache is updated, it means that the server sends a header with permission to cache for a day.
Just disable caching in the browser or use ctrl + r instead of F5 when refreshing the page
