Are there ready-made programs for offline face recognition?

Greetings.
There was a need to launch a service for face recognition (gender and approx. age) using a webcam on the site.
I found several APIs (skybiometry) and launched the prototype - super, everything works.
But there is a desire to have this functionality on your server, there are a number of reasons for this: price, request speed, etc.
Something doesn’t google for me, I find articles on Habré, etc., but not a solution, so the question is here.

opencv.org can recognize everything: windows, doors, nightstand, there should be no problems with faces
