in robots.txt what? and are there any noindex blocks in the code? in the webmaster there is a tool "how the bot sees your site" (or something like that), with it you can check

If the robot bypassed, this does not mean that everything will be updated in the issue immediately. Yandex in this regard is a brake. Just wait.
