Why is the site not indexed for more than 3 months?

Good afternoon!
Created a new site, instead of the old wretched ozvenatrans.ru. The old one was multilingual. From all Russian pages I put 301 redirects to a new one. More than 3 months ago I opened indexing in robots, added Yandex webmaster, uploaded new texts. For several weeks now, the Yandex robot has been visiting the pages of the site, but so far not a single one has been included in the index, and almost everything is already in Google. What could be wrong?

in Yandex - no. them and ask a question. maybe they have a different robots syntax
