Does the site disappear from Yandex with meta noindex?

Good afternoon!
There was a need to close the site at the time of development. I put the robots meta tag in the head with the value noindex,nofollow. There is no site in Google, but in Yandex the site hangs, and it’s somehow strange. Where there should be a title in the SERP, just the domain is displayed, and in the description there is contact information.
What needs to be done so that the site completely disappears from the Yandex search results?
