Compiler gcc 4.5.3

Used the standard "-O2 -march=native -pipe", it seems good, but I want more.

Haven't played enough with Gentoo yet?
-march=native or a codeword for your processor is enough for optimization. Are you building a kernel for your processor or genkernel?
