Dear, tell me, the sites where you can conduct non-commercial webinars for free, with the possibility of presentations, and preferably a recording of the entire webinar.

The platform is completely free to use, but some webinars require registration. The ability to download recordings of webinars (as well as record them) is not yet available, but will appear after February 15 (feature under development). Users can absolutely free to create and conduct their webinars (open, closed (password access) and paid), registration and installation of the client is required. There are paid tariffs that apply to technology licensing, access to API and other functions. The service has everything you need: video broadcasting, general and personal chat, shared resources (drawing board, presentations, files and links), polls and video conferences. A desktop demo and webinar recording will be available after February 15th.
The solution is built on p2p technology.
