Webinar platform?

Tell me a good platform for webinars (I will consider both services and software).
Mandatory requirements:
1) the ability to share the desktop (or better - a piece) from under Ubuntu. Moreover, it works, and not “I ate half a giga of memory, it’s time for me to fall.” There is enough memory on the speaker's typewriter.
2) the voice is controlled by the administrator, the "raise hand" function
3) chat
4) the ability to record this whole thing in a file.
For the service - a reasonable price (up to 300 rubles per month for 100 participants), for software - free.
It would also be just gorgeous if it was in HTML5, not flash.
BigBlueButton - slows down. Strongly.
Cameras, several speakers at the same time are not required. Speakers need to be switched, of course.

We used webinar.ru - just a terrible impression remained.
We switched to citrix's gotomeeting and gotowebinar - a completely different level. All the listed options are there, but only at the expense of Linux support you need to clarify. For the price of gotowebinar - it will definitely be expensive for you, about $ 500 a year, like, look at gotomeeting.

used BigBlueButton for these purposes (there is integration with moodle) and tried OpenMeetings.
The first option is perfect for you.

BigBlueButton and Open Meeting are old products based on Red5, i.e. broadcasting is conducted from a central server, we are not talking about any p2p. That's why it slows down if someone is unlucky with the route.
