Web monitoring - error notification even if everything is in order. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

I ran into this problem:
Zabbix sends a message about the problem when checking "Web monitoring", but everything is fine.
Ping is there, DNS resolution is there, telnet is there, the site is working.
Some of the hosts are instantly notified that everything is in order, and some only after a few minutes.
(Zabbix) 4.0.4
