Why is the zabbix client not being monitored from another network?

Good there are 2 networks connected via OPENVPN. Zabbix server is on one subnet, client is on another.
Pings have a port connection via telnet, but for some reason the server does not monitor the client. Already done everything you can. I also attach 8443b749b05b4c6b884f983d90b63c16.jpg
a screenshot At the zabbix forum, I also wrote about this problem, but there is no result.

in the zabbix-agentd.conf configuration, change the Server parameter to the new IP of the zabbix server.
You can test from the server like this:
zabbix_get -s 192.168.1.1 -k proc.num

Try to look in the direction of closed ports, maybe where something is closed?
Also check the firewall on the client, it may reach the computer, but the system does not let it (especially the built-in Windows firewalls are guilty of this).

the agent sends data to the server on a specific port (10050 or 10051, I don't remember). try forwarding the desired port through vpn, or put zabbix-proxy on the desired subnet and configure it to transfer to the server
; I personally did it through zabbix-proxy - it doesn’t load the channel so much and it’s more convenient to configure the firewall (still for one machine and a couple of ports, not for the whole subnet to open access)

There is no blocking, and the firewall does not block anything. Before that, everything worked, but the server was on a different subnet.
