Web development vs 1c?
Decided to switch from web development to 1c. Can you tell the pros and cons of 1c?
And is it worth it to go?

To go specifically: definitely not.
You can study it in parallel, as an additional tool (suddenly it will come in handy for integration, or freelance will come across).
I switched to 1C from .NET development (ASP.NET MVC) - I never regretted it.
Cons: There is room to grow in web development, there is 1c in 1c
Plus: no
I wouldn't do it my personal opinion
It's just that 1c is no longer so interesting, although you will always earn your piece of bread and butter. But if, in addition to 1s, you can apply other skills in practice (for example, web programming or something else), then such work is always in high demand with good pay.
