I recently decided on my future profession - web programming. but still thinking - go to college/university or buy courses? and after which class it will be more profitable to enter or buy courses?

In high school they give more than in college.
In college they give more than in the courses.
And what is given in paid courses can be obtained for free.
If you have the opportunity to get a higher education - use this opportunity. You can always work.
