Is there a way to implement a P2P web resource (principle like skype) so that all storage is in real time, only on the user's device? Without an initial and permanent connection...
On a scale of +1000, how does Habrahabr or lenta.ru work?
- Database
- a resource of capacious content
- anonymity or TOR disinformation
- own CDN set
- if connection is slow on 1 node, then the site is always nearby and it's very nice
Any ideas for implementations are certainly welcome in the comment

It is possible to implement content exchange within the flash RTMFP protocol.
You can just write a browser plugin.
