How to make your altcoin from bitcoin-on?

We need some instructions on what to do in order to launch our own blockchain / generate our own genesis block based on the bitcoin code. There is web.archive.org/web/20161019095707/http://obscuriu... but it's out of date .
Maybe you need to read some book to figure it out, like "Antonopulos AA Mastering Bitcoin: Programming the Open Blockchain, 2017". Then advise the literature, thanks to which you can parse the Bitcoin sources

I advise you not to reinvent the wheel and start using Etherium already . By the link at the very bottom of the one-pager you will find links to the documentation, api, cli and everything else. You won't find more up-to-date information.
