WEB client for a bunch of pop3 mailboxes?

Got the task to leave Soft Mail Clients for POP3? (outlook, the bat, etc.)
It was decided to use the WEB face as a client for this, but I ran into a problem that more or less live projects do not support POP3, they all left for IMAP. Please advise which way to look.
The mail server is not in my power to change, configure, etc. won't give. Access at the protocol level (smtp, pop3)

Your task is bad. POP3 is bad (from the word at all) suitable for web-based clients, since no server-side processing takes place over this protocol.
Perhaps the best solution would be to stay on local clients, or raise a local relay that picks up mail via POP3 and sends it via IMAP.
