Can you tell me such an open source web based cad system for floor plan?
So that you can draw or set a config floor plan with offices and display it on the page

As far as I know, there is only one ready-to-use free drawing program, especially tailored for architectural needs - sweethome3d. It doesn't have a Javascript client, it's firmly tied to the native Java UI toolkit.
General purpose free CAD systems, such as LibreCAD or QCAD, are not for web either.
