Web access from a different subnet?

Good day.
Colleagues, I have the following situation:

home network

following routes

It is necessary to get access from PC 192.168.1.6 to the web interfaces of Mikrotik (192.168.88.1) and switch (10.10.10.2).
The network itself is running

C:\Users\VerdikT>ping 192.168.88.1

Packet exchange from 192.168.88.1 with 32 data bytes:

Response from 192.168.88.1: number of bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=64

2ms Mikrotik webcam is available at 192.168.1.100 from PC
There is also a laptop with the address 10.10. 10.3, all webcams are available from it on all subnets + rdp on a PC.
From a PC, the laptop is only available for ping.
There is an opinion that the trouble is in the upper Asus router, which, according to some unthinkable rules, filters the objectionable.
It's definitely not a firewall - I turned it off for verification.
Asus does not want to be removed (the PC is connected directly to it), so that you can play with the rest of the network equipment without suffering from reboots and listening to music.
