We bought an old domain right after it was released, the site was restored, how to remove it?

Hello everyone, I had an old site, I wrote a new one. In the meantime, the domain had a month left on the old site, I made redirects to my new one and the old one went down in search, the new one rose, everything went according to plan.
I decided not to renew the old domain. The end is coming before the release of the domain, there is a week left, then TIC 10 miraculously rises and the domain becomes free, the next day I look and it has already been bought. Well, okay, I think. Another 2 weeks pass and the old site appears on the old domain, as I understand it from the search engine cache.
Now he is starting to beat again on my requests, will he knock out my new site? And why does anyone need it at all, visiting the site 50 people per day.
The old site kursklimat.ru and it is displayed without css, as I understand it, css files could not be downloaded.
Tell me what to do now so that this site does not go higher than my new one? He now has TIC 10 and I have 0, New site

1. You have the same link to the old and new site, correct it.
2. First, write to the contacts in Huiz, after a couple of days to the hoster, that your copyright rights are being violated, then you can already go to court. But most often, at least the hoster will respond and the problem will be solved.
