WDS+MDT Problem installing WinServer 2016, what could be wrong?

Sorry, I'm new to system administration, I ran into the following problem...
I can't install WinServ 2016 on a physical machine using MDT+WDS. After the "end" of the installation in the logs I see the following entries:

Installation on behalf of a domain administrator
Perhaps this is important, the OS is deployed on RAID 1
Maybe someone has encountered a similar problem and can advise something?
