Waking up a PC from standby using a "magic" package, what is a magic package?
Constantly the laptop wakes up from sleep, can it be the culprit? 
How to disable it?

It's unlikely that this is Wake on Lan . Usually the culprits are various tasks from the “task scheduler”. You can clarify what exactly woke up by typing in the console: powercfg -LASTWAKE.
