W10 PC won't go to sleep, why?

Good day to all! There was such a question.
Installed w10 PRO on a PC, the function of falling asleep is very necessary for me. Since the computer is constantly working, it performs the tasks that I really need. Because of this, there was a kind of break, that is, after 5 hours of work, the PC went into SLEEP (Hybrid sleep), if I'm not mistaken. But, literally yesterday, I left the PC for the night, woke up in the morning and it works, despite the fact that the threshold of 5 hours has been passed. I started reading and digging into this topic, many have the problem that the PC goes to sleep and immediately wakes up, I don’t have this, my PC doesn’t go to sleep at all, so there are no problems with the USB Mouse / Keyboard. Then I decided to see what prevents falling asleep through CMD - powercfg /requests. Showed only audio drivers, but I can't turn them off. Today, I rebooted the PC and decided to check it, set: Fall asleep after 2 minutes and "Voila" the PC fell asleep, why, it's not clear ...
Actually, the question is how to make the PC fall asleep after a period of time in a cheeky way, let's say that it does not pay attention to external factors, such as, Torrent works and the like. Anyway, after turning on the PC, it continues to work from the same place where it left off.
In fact, I constantly have two programs that are interconnected with the Internet, this is the main task of the PC. Cut them off, there is no solution to this problem. Especially a couple of days ago, they also worked and the PC fell asleep.
I would be very grateful for the help, I do not know where to write!

@SH0N

I don’t know how similar our problem is, but the symptoms are similar (there were, I decided :)).
It was solved by disabling one parameter in the properties of the power profile:
or read the help on the shutdown command, the / f switch (not sure, but it seems to be)
Also, you can install a third-party "management" program, for example PowerOFF
