Alternative to ALT+TAB?

What is an alternative to ALT+TAB in Windows, for example, to switch between tasks with some key held down and a regular mouse?
Documentation is open, two IDEs, a file manager, photoshop, 4 command lines, a browser with debugging
the problem is that in ALT + TAB their order constantly hangs out like a deck of cards
We need some kind of window manager, otherwise this is some kind of hell

regular - alt+tab between windows
regular - win+tab between windows\virtual desktops
non-standard keyboard-oriented alt-tab - Switcheroo
non-standard - Dexpot and analogues - virtual desktops
non-standard - Switcher (by Bao Nguyen), but it is discontinued. There's just a wagon of settings and he, emnip, works under win10.
There are many alternatives to it - https://alternativeto.net/software/switcher/
Programs that place windows on a grid may be of particular interest, but I never got used to them. For example , either here or here .
There is also heavy artillery in the form of Actual Window Manager .
All of them need to be adjusted, they all have heaps of settings, and all of them usually do not give stable repeatability - here and there some window will behave non-standard ...

Here's what will help - https://virtuawin.sourceforge.io/
Lay out your deck on virtual desktops, switch between them with Alt + 1,2, etc.
Inside each desktop as usual - Alt+Tab. It works clearly and quickly, do not look at the outdated interface, there will be essentially only a tray icon.
UPD: Found another option, let it be here. https://www.ntwind.com/software/alttabter.html
