vue js. When is componentization appropriate?

Hello. Here I’m slowly mastering VUE JS, before that I didn’t indulge in any reactive / angular. All ok, I made the first slider https://jsfiddle.net/L93mbLyL/, then split it into components https://jsfiddle.net/prL6axfL/7/. And then a question arose.
When is it appropriate to break an application into components? It seems that everyone praises the component approach, but I look at the slider without components https://jsfiddle.net/L93mbLyL/, so it is shorter and more respectable than with components https://jsfiddle.net/prL6axfL/7/. Know there are some criteria, they say if they are satisfied, then they say break it into components, it would be nice to know these criteria. Tell me please.
