VS Code Live SASS Compiler compiles files with underscores. How to fix?

I am using Live SASS Compiler in VS Code. I compile style.scss to style.css , in the style.scss file I import other scss files with underscores (for example _header.scss ), I get the compiled style.css and _header.css as the output . Why is this happening ? Has anyone been like this? How to remove compilation of files with an underscore in front of the name
