VS 2013 Community vs VS 2015?

What is the main difference between them. In my opinion, with regards to the C# language, there is no difference between new additions like Cordova and Xamarin. What are the differences?

Well, in VS 2015, quite a lot of new things are being prepared. I don't think there is any "basic difference", it all depends on what you specialize in. I mainly use C#/WPF, for example, I'm interested in the ability to debug XAML , a new tool has appeared in the profiler - timeline (it makes it easier to catch problems with interface responsiveness), and all sorts of little things.
