Visual Studio 2019 Community - commercial?

My question is, if you post your program written in the Visual Studio Community :
1. You need to upload the source code of the program
2. Can I make the program paid?
If only one person did the program?

You can write commercial software. You don't need to post the source. The Visual Studio Community
link says Use of the program For individual users Any individual developer can create free or paid applications using the Visual Studio Community.
