VPS for Telegram?

Hello. I want to raise my proxy server for Telegram. They used to recommend Arubacloud, but now they no longer have rates for 1 Euro VPS. Can you share acceptable VPS options for such needs?

MVPS for 3 euro
White address without problems with NAT, 1 Gb application, 3 TB traffic, 1 core (2 GHz), 2 GB memory, 25 GB disk, located in the Netherlands. Choice of standard OSes.
At the most there is a cart and a couple of bots. No complaints.
