VPN on the router. How?

Good day to all.
I don’t know much about networking, so forgive me in advance for the possible inaccuracy of the terms.
I will try to describe everything simply.
In view of the current situation with the blocking of some resources for specialists from the Crimea, I began to wonder how to let all traffic from my apartment through VPN so that I would not be blocked from accessing the same google apps, google play, etc.
What we have:
- dlink dir-320 router (can be replaced with any necessary one);
- 6-7 devices connected to the Internet;
- Internet distributed by the provider via dhcp.
What we want:
- free access to the necessary resources through Russian / foreign IP (probably expressed incorrectly) without the need to connect separately from each device;
- minimal loss in Internet speed;
- the ability to quickly disable / enable VPN on the router;
- if possible - instructions for setting up everything described.
Thanks in advance for your kind replies.

What is the question? Can you tell me which VPN router can do it? Everything seems to be modern.
And there further in the admin panel of the router everything is already clear.
