How to access asterisk via vpn?

Hello Everyone,
There is an Asterisk on centos in the enterprise network, everything works fine inside the network, but if you connect to the VPN from outside and try to register a handset, then zero success.
The problem is relevant only if you try to connect an android phone, such problems were not observed from a PC.

Let's start by finding out the name and version of the softphone you are using on Android. In the crystal ball, I see either Linphone or CSipSimple, but it's very vague.

@rostel

disable the use of STUN, ICE, TURN in the client, whatever you find
, add the network you are connecting from to the localnet parameter in the general section of sip.conf

well, at least show the logs from the asterisk console, or something.
well, check if your remote subnet is in permit in the account settings in sip.conf

Try to reduce the MTU on the VPN interfaces - it is quite possible that this is why the ping is getting through, and the larger packets are not getting through. First, ping with different packet sizes and see how the response is obtained with a size of 1440, 1400, 1300 bytes (it can be less, it all depends on what values the response will go to and at what response there will be no)
