VPN connects but does not cling to SSH?

I'm trying to connect to VPN and then connect to ssh, but something doesn't want to connect.
On Windows, the same configs and everything clings.
I cling to the VPN itself and get an IP.
Maybe something is blocking on my side?

I had something similar, but it was when the networks for ip coincided, that is, both at home and at work X.1, but these times have passed. There are only 2 options here, or you don’t have a vpn connection, or something with the terminal (although I don’t believe it). Ping the server from the network to see if it is available, and you can also view iptables on the port on which you are connecting.
