VMware Player unrecoverable error. Why won't VMware start?

Good day to all.
There is a laptop with Windows 8.1 on board.
Installed VMware Player, create a new virtual machine. But at the time of launch, an error occurs
VMware Player unrecoverable error: (vthread-12)
Exception 0xc0000005 (access violation) has occurred.
A log file is available in "E:\Virtual Machines\web-srv\vmware.log".
You can request support.
To collect data to submit to VMware technical support, run "vm-support".
We will respond on the basis of your support entitlement.

The entire VMware log does not fit, so I uploaded it here rghost.ru/75jFND9pK Who can
