VMWare how to delimit cores/threads in windows 10?

It took to test a couple of editions of Windows. Let's say I have 2 cores, each has 2 threads. I was able to give the virtual machine 1 core / 2 threads (cpu02;cpu04) . And how to give the rest to the host (cpu01; cpu03) so that it does not use the resources allocated for the virtual machine? It is advisable to do this without rebooting.

Does the processor support Numa?

At least Virtuoso only works this way. Possibly VMware.
