Since childhood (since the time of the 286s, I had a fantasy) I dream of a full-fledged computer (fully PC-compatible, allowing you to work with classic desktop programs without the help of any special virtualization, VNC / RDP or the like) in a pocket (or almost) format.
As far as I know, regular Windows 8 tablets run on the same ARM and only in Metro mode.
Are there those that support the classic desktop, classic Win32 APIs, WinForms and WPF programs, on which you can reinstall the system yourself as on a PC and generally use it as a full-fledged computer?
PS: Dimensions and energy saving can be neglected, the main thing is that the battery is removable and the device does not become practically unusable after a year from its wear. Keyboard and mouse when Nala can be connected via BlueTooth.
