I've searched a lot of forums but haven't found an answer. Maybe someone knows how to disable automatic keyboard layout switching in win 7?

In Windows 7 out of the box there is no functionality for auto-switching layouts. This is done by installing third party software. Look for what third-party software you installed.

if Punto Switcher is installed - delete or delve into the settings. but perhaps it is better to remove
it if it is definitely not there, then it is more difficult - analogues are less known to a wide audience . I only know a couple (besides those listed in the punt wiki)

There is no auto-switching layout in windows.
The layout is always the one that stands in the system by default.
If automatic switching occurs, then third-party software is working.
