Vmware grid binding vm to chip?

There is a host with 2 grid k2 video cards.
It is planned to configure 16 VMs with k200q profiles and 4 VMs with k260q profiles.
V will turn off every night and turn on in the morning. Since veeam does not backup vm with shared pci devices.
If one VM is enabled on one chip of one of the video cards with the k260q profile, and another one with the same profile is already on another video card, then the VM with the k200q profiles on this chip will not start.
I did not find the binding settings.
Ideally, make sure that all 4 vm with k260q work on one video card, and 16 vm k200q on another.
Either 2 vm with k260q worked on one chip of one video card, 8 vm k200q on another chip of the same video card.
The same is true for the second video card.
Can this be customized?
