VMware - CentOS - webserver site not visible in LAN?

There is a peer-to-peer network with addresses 192.168.0-254
. The network is served by a proxy InternetControlServer (a beautiful web shell based on FreeBSD), which is also a DNS server for the company's domain (vasia.kz)
. VMware is installed on one of the network machines (192.168.0.199).
The network connection is configured as Bridge(192.168.0.251): Connect directly to the physical network. (everything responds in all directions).
Guest SentOS7 minimal + apache+php+ everything you need for a web server.
The SentOS firewall has a rule to let everyone in, everywhere.
An A-record has been created in DNS that correlates the address kat.vasia.kz with the ip address 192.168.0.251
Ping by name comes from any machine in the grid:

When entering the web at kat.vasia.kz or by ip from the host machine (on which vmware is installed), everything works fine.
When you log in from any other machine, the site does not open. Neither by name nor by IP.
I suspect that the firewall does not let, but why then does it let the host machine?
I know that miracles do not happen, but my level of knowledge is insufficient to solve the problem, so I turn to the community, tell me where I rukoshopil?
